How To Lose Ten Pounds

This requires you to do just 1 exercise twice a day for 5 minutes each time... and it's probably an exercise you never heard about. It's called the Hindu Squat.

Now, before I continue, if you have any sort of leg problems, I DO NOT think you should do this. Unfortunately, this probably isn't for you. Also, if you DON'T like to sweat or put in an honest effort... again, this probably isn't for you.

You need to be willing to say "SCREW YOU FAT... YOU'RE OUT OF HERE"... and you need to back that up with action. Ten total minutes of "I HATE YOU FAT BELLY" action. For the other 23 hours and 50 minutes, you can go back to your normal routine. So ten minutes of your time isn't asking much for such a great reward of BODY TRANSFORMATION.

So hindu squats... find an open area where you can do some squats. Now what you do is squat fast. I repeat, SQUAT FAST. This is basically a squat cardio exercise. So squat up and down. What you want to shoot for is 100 squats done in 5 minutes or less.

But if that's too hard to do right now, work to that by starting with 50 squats within 3 minutes.

And you'll want to do 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes at night. Now, you're probably wondering how long it'll take to lose ten pounds without dieting and just doing this. Well, each person is different, but I've had plenty of clients who did ONLY THIS and lost ten pounds in the 23-29 day range.
