2. Jumping rope
This is similar to jumping on a mini-trampoline, but different enough that you should switch up once in awhile.
You can get a cheap jump rope or whatever, just plan on doing 5 minutes each day. And no, you don't have to do it all at once. Just have the jump rope handy so you can do these during commercials as well.
