Some people over-eat to cope with emotional problems such as stress, depression or boredom that causes obesity. But psychologically, obesity affects body image and spoils their self-esteem. In some cases it also causes social anxiety and depression. Therefore, never over-eat to handle emotional problem, it makes it worse.
Ironically, an obese person usually finds it hard to agree that he or she is obese. Instead of accepting the fact and mending their faulty lifestyle, he or she is usually cheating on the weighing scale number.
